How a repair works

1. Tell us your device model and the problem, in store, by phone or by email.
2. We check your device and give you a clear quote before we start. No hidden charges.
3. Walk in, book a time, or send your device to us by mail.
4. We repair it with quality parts. Many common repairs are done the same day.
5. Collect your device. Every repair comes with a 6-month warranty.
