Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for New Zealand.

Estimated delivery times

Auckland: 1–2 business days

North Island: 1–3 business days

South Island: 2–5 business days

Rural Delivery: Additional 1–3 business days

Delivery delays may occur due to courier congestion or severe weather.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $39.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Click & Collect

SUNTIFY offers free Click & Collect at our retail locations.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address. SUNTIFY is not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or you suspect it is lost, please contact us within 7 days. Provide your order number and photos (if applicable), and we will assist with courier claims.
