Our Return Policy

We want you to shop with confidence at SUNTIFY. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


This Returns & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made in-store or online within New Zealand. This policy is in addition to your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA), which guarantees remedies for faulty goods.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

Be unused and in the same condition as received

Be in original packaging

Include all tags and labels

Have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

How to Return an Item

Contact us at websales@suntify.co.nz to initiate a return

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization

Pack the item securely in its original packaging

Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different style or color, please contact us to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or usage reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: 

Opened screen protectors or tempered glass. Used charging cables or adapters. Used watch straps. Earbuds, personal electronics. Clearance or final sale products
